A new baked potato takeaway has opened on a busy high street in Oxfordshire.
SpudStop, which sells hotdogs , burgers and jacket potatoes, opened on Sheep Street in Bicester on Saturday, January 11.
Guy Daniel, a London optical business owner and musician, opened SpudStop after starting in catering 25 years ago.
Explaining the reason for opening the takeaway, he said: “I got a bit of burn out in the city and wanted to leave that business in managements hands and focus on something that I wanted to do, for once.
“I love food and I love serving the public.

“I started in catering 25 years ago and missed it ever since.
“I got tired of restaurants serving highly priced food with no reason (other than greed), to people struggling through a massive cost of living crisis so I decided to offer great food with great service at a great price.
“A family should be able to afford a treat once a week.”
The team behind SpudStop is made up of six people, including Mr Daniel.
“Together we make a great fun bunch who are learning the Bicester community and loving being here.
