FORT FAIRFIELD, Maine (WABI) – The Maine Potato Blossom Festival is returning with some new activities this year.
The festival in Fort Fairfield will run from July 12-20.
This will be the 78th year of the event which highlights the region’s agricultural heritage.
Organizers say they have partnered with Spud Speedway this year and there will be some exciting new events.
They include a BBQ CookOff, drive-in movie night with a tribute to veterans, closest to the pin challenge, best potato recipe competition, and more.
