HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) –
Potato Soup
- 1 pkg. frozen potatoes
- 1 8 oz. Cream
- 1 box chicken stock
- 2-3 cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. chopped bacon
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper flakes
In a stock pan, pour in the cream and chicken stock. Bring to boil, add the cheese and the corn starch, and whisk until mixed. Add the potatoes, bacon, and pepper flakes.
