Heading into the Veteran’s Day weekend, the city of Star wanted to continue its tradition with the third annual Veteran’s Day potato feed.
I’m your star neighborhood reporter Alexander Huddleston in front of Life Spring Church in Star.
Doors will be open at 6 p.m., allowing folks to get a load of baked potato with all the fixings — veterans eat free and others can join in for $5. The event runs until at 8 p.m.
Organizers say this year they will have a special tribute to veterans who fought in the global war on terror.
